I've been thinking about this alot lately & I think Caroline & Rebekah would make an amazing team to bring Delena together. In 3x04 we had Caroline noticing something between Elena & Damon & trying to get Elena to finally admit her attraction to him. Then in 3x08 Rebekah was basically telling Elena she doesn't get Stefan/Elena as a couple.
