But, no matter the season it is important to exercise. Staying fit doesn't mean spending 3 hours a 日 at the gym, there are ways to be active in your 日 to 日 life and burn calories at the same time.
For example:
Forget the elevator and the escalator. Take the stairs whenever 你 can to keep your behind looking good.
Stand up. Instead of sitting on the bus 或者 train, stand. 你 may not realize it, but standing takes 更多 energy then sitting.
Clean up your room, and help around the house. Not only will this please your mother 或者 father, but 你 will also be burning calories while 你 work.
Don't stay home. Meet up with your friends, go for a walk, and get out and see things! Moving around and staying active is the best way to stay fit. If 你 can, go swimming 或者 go for a long walk.
Play with your brothers and sisters 或者 with your pet. Play is a great way to exercise. Whether 你 play a game, just mess around, 或者 play fetch with the dog, all of these options are good ways to get moving.
This summer, don't be a slug. Get off the 长椅, 沙发 and get moving, 你 will feel better and look great.

Well my brother was asking me who are the 4 presidents on Mt. Rushmore and I named them all. Then he started saying that Thomas Jefferson invented the toilet and I told him someone else did and then he told me to look it up so I did and it 说 that Thomas Crapper invented the toilet. Isn't there similarities going on.
Thomas [Crapper] and [Toilet]. His last name is what alot of people do in a toilet. I also found out thats why some people call the toilet, "The Crapper". Yeah I laughed really hard when I found that out so if 你 don't then 你 need to see a doctor!!

Ok so me and my friend 爱情 the mall but what makes it 更多 fun are the following
-When your 迷失 looking for a store ask them in a british accents! here's an example "Pardon me, could 你 please point me in the direction of ______" (if u are british do it in a differnt accent like american austraian ect.)
-When 你 go into a store adress your friend 由 a differnt name and have a weird personality
-if 你 go into one of those store that plays the 音乐 REALLY loud, sing along like there's nobody else in the store but 你 and ur friend.
-Have weird conversations about 随意 things. like terrorists 或者 something
Have fun with 老友记 at the mall!

1- if u r bored in fanpop,and there is no frnd online: go to anyclub u like 或者 爱情 and start adding some Qs and picks,and then comeback and see ppl that answerd it....it is really fun.
2- if u want to earn 更多 fans......add 随意 ppl.to ur fanlist then they will add u back the u will earn 更多 fans.in no time.
3- if u wanna earn 奖章 ...u have to add 更多 pixxx in ur fav clubs....u can add articals too,and pix ppl will rate then u have 更多 奖章 .
4- another way to earn fans....go to the chat room and then meet new ppl know them u will get 更多 fans.....and frnds too.
