Yes, I do. For 老友记 I'll always rate, but when complete strangers ask I will sometimes. Only if they aren't completely rude about it. Like sometimes they just say rate this! and give me tons of links. I won't rate then. If they are nice about it and just ask nicely then I'll rate.

I know what 你 mean. I'd get 随意 messages 或者 get 支持 that say "hi! please rate" I'd always 删除 them. but like 你 said, i do it for 老友记 或者 when i look through images.
