Chapter 1
As I looked at my baby brother, I felt the sudden to shed some tears. I looked at his beautiful blue eys, I couldn’t believe this baby would be able to know his real parents and think that his aunt was his mom and his uncle was his father. Our parents abandoned us when jake was born. My name is Sarah and im his older sister. Im 17 and we live in Rancho Cordova. We aren’t poor, 或者 rich. The night our parents abandoned us they 说 that they’re going somewhere because it was very important but it was 更多 than just that, but no one wanted to tell us. My little brother jake was only 2 months old. I know it sounds like not a lot but its a lot ot take care of. My aunt jessica and uncle chris were like our real parents. I heard my cell phone ring. The screen 说 ‘annie’. She was one of my best friends. I picked it up.
“hello?” I 说 into the phone.
“hey sarah how 你 been today?” she asked me. My best 老友记 always have been looking after me and my brother. Since my aunt and uncle had to work most of the time we had a babysitter for jake.
“ good I guess jake is falling asleep, and I don’t know what to do the erst of the 日 how bout you?” I asked her
“great, well sarah I thought…. When the babysitter arrives that we can go to this 音乐会 that Christopher Wilde will be playing at I got the tickets!!!!” she yelled into the phone with excitement.
“ sure what time is it?”
“at 7 pm” she told me.
“okay I’ll pick 你 up at 6:30 them “
“okay and this is going to be so fun!!!!” she yelled the last time I closed the phone. I didn’t want to leave my brother, but hey, I need some time alone too. I put jake into his 床, 床上 and let him fall asleep. I went to my room and started dressing up. I got black skinny jeans, 粉, 粉色 衬衫 and black high heels. I got my phone and out it in my pocket. I really didn’t like this Christopher guy, but on the other hand Annie was dying for him. and I 爱情 seeing her happy. I got my car keys and when I was heading out the door the babysitter came. She went into the house and I went into my car. I drove to my 老友记 house and picked her up. I could see that she was about to burst with excitement.
“Annie,……can 你 please atleast behave?” I asked her.of course the answer would be ‘no’.
“yeahhhhhhh, no” she answered.
“when ill meet him backstage im going to sing him one of his songs and and and….” That where she 迷失 me. I kepton wondering about my parents. Why would they ever do this to us? Where are they? Are they trying to forget about us? I don’t understand anything anymore.
“sarah? Sarah!’ annie yelled and then I went back to listening to her. She kept on babbling to me about Christopher. I turned on some 音乐 and she shut-up. There was a long 由 Bruno Mars, Grenade. I loved it so much. Annie on the other hand not much. But I didn’t pay attention her her. We finally arrived and I started looking for a parking lot. But there was no empty one’s. I had to park 由 some house and walk there. There was so many girls and boys. When it was our church to get it, annie was sooooo happy she was literally jumping up and down. We got some seats and waited couple of 分钟 then they announced that Christopher Wilde was about to come out. Annie got up started jumping and screaming happily.
“annie come down” I told her but I bet she couldn’t even hear me. He started to sing and I was the only one sitting everyone was up and dancing with the songs. After the two songs I was so tired of it. I went through the back doors and went outside. I was standing there thinking. Thinking about everything. It was really cold I didn’t know it would be this cold that I didn’t even bring a jacket. Then I hear the door open again tand Christopher wilde comes out..
