Enemies and haters can be annoying and their 评论 and insults can upset you. Learn how to deal with it...

1)If 你 don’t know why they hate you, ask them calmly and nicely. If they are nasty to 你 或者 start swearing 或者 being violent, walk away and don’t bother trying to talk to them again until they have calmed down 或者 until they talk to 你 nicely. Some people can be 给 秒 chances to realize that 你 aren’t really a bad person and they have nothing to hate 你 for. But some people just won’t like 你 in life, so don’t waste your time fretting about why they don’t like you.

2)Ignore whatever they say. They are probably only insulting 你 because they are jealous. No matter what they say, it can’t offend 你 unless 你 let it. Just remember when they say something nasty to you, they want 你 to react. So pretend 你 didn’t hear it. Don’t acknowledge them 或者 give them any attention for it. If they continue insulting 你 或者 bothering 你 in any way, walk away from them. Don’t look at them 或者 talk to them; just walk away. After a few times of 你 doing this they will probably get bored and stop picking on.

3)Surround yourself with 老友记 and people who like 你 for who 你 are. These people will make 你 feel 更多 confident about yourself and 你 should realize that it doesn’t matter what haters say as long as 你 have good 老友记 由 your side.

4)If they start being violent towards 你 或者 continue offending 你 或者 upsetting you, and ignoring them is not helping, tell them that their behavior is upsetting 你 and tell them that they have no reason for it. If they still carry on, 你 will have to learn to stop being upset 由 their 评论 and realize that whatever they say is probably a lie.

5)If 你 know why they hate you, be mature and apologize if it was your fault. Holding grudges against people and not apologizing can sometimes seem like the reasonable thing to do but in the end, if its your fault, only 你 can fix it. Apologize to them seriously, and if they don’t accept it, there isn’t much 更多 你 can do than ignore them.

6)Show them respect as 你 显示 to your friends; when they need help, help them. This will 显示 them that 你 are friendly and kind. Give them compliments and try not to sound hurtful, don't judge them if they say bad stuff back. And if these things don't work out, just tell your 老友记 and they can cool 你 down, and take a deep breath and try again. Never be offended, but if did, try not to loose control. "Control" is important, when things gets messed up, control yourself, 或者 make excuses to get out of the situation instead of loosing your mind trying to settle things.

7)If 你 follow the last piece of 建议 with people who are purportedly hostile, 你 are a fool and only contribute to them taking advantage of your kindness. Do not give enemies one ounce of your energy. 由 helping anyone, especially enemies, 你 may be giving something to someone who doesn't "deserve" it karmically. Your best bet is to ground out their energy (return it to Earth/heaven/God/etc) and forget about it. Don't worry- they will get exactly what they deserve that way. ;-)

8)Never try to hurt them when they are being mean.
When 你 talk to them, think before 你 talk.
They are only ememies and only do that to gain attention.
Never be scared of them.
Don't back talk to them.
