How to cure boredom :


If you're an artist :
Draw! drawing will always help 你 feel better. And who knows, over time 你 might be able to draw amazingly.

If you're an 作者 :
Free write! Its always fun to. Write something according to your taste in books.

If 你 爱情 to read :
Yea so if 你 爱情 to read, like try and find a good novel 或者 such under a certain topic 你 love. I personally 爱情 a good 幻想 Mystery.

If 你 爱情 sports:
Go buy yourself something to your taste in sports and go have fun! Just go outside and play! Have fun, also try a variety of sports.

If 你 prefer computer games:
I suggest World Of Warcraft game. It is really fun, at only $15 a 月 你 can play the game ( costs included of buying game to download as long with the 3 expansions, should cost bout $80 at $20 each. )

If none of these suite 你 :
Eat. Eating really does help alot. Yeah,yeah people say that if 你 eat alot 你 can get ' fat' well just eat. It helps alot.

How to cure depression :

Ok guys. When curing depression, cutting is not an answer!!! Instead, follow these steps for preparation :

- stop

- close your eyes

- take a deep breath

- relax

- count to 10

now that calmed 你 down lets get to the real business, normally depression is caused because of a bad memory 或者 anger.
Now 你 need to let this out, there are many options for taking out anger. :

- 你 can rant about it to me in Messaging ( i will give 建议 and help. :] )

- 你 can throw a 婊子, 子 fit

- 你 can just let all your emotions out.

Now after choosing one of the steps above, 你 should be better.

How to deal with insanity :

Well, if 你 are insane. I just recommend to stop trying to hide it and let it out. Be yourself for once, i do not know much on this but i can tell 你 this : Everything is best resolved when 你 are yourself.
