What's stopping them from creating a new account and starting over again?
It would suck considering all the 奖章 they earned and stuff but they still technically could couldn't they?

Though there's a buunch people (*cough* the person that got LLT deleted) that has a zillion billion fake accounts. I dunno how those people have made fake accounts when Myra, G, Blush and Addie can't :S
