If 你 were to have children with your genderbent self. They would take own traits of your female and male counterpart but in varying degrees like anything/anyone else irl. To actually be cloned 你 need scientists to take your dna and grow it 由 itself. Clones shouldn't come screwing your genderbent partner. It's not logically sound at all.
