I always have an busy 日 during work & even in house also. Because of tiredness I was very unsatisfied with my life. But to have an easy sleep it's really that tough for me.
And I was sick of having lots of tablets 或者 medicines for new decease affecting my body. I was fully satisfied with the word Meditation. I think for me it really work.
