PowerRouge here with some 更多 news on the Sonic Franchise and Fandom with news of a new Sonic game to be announced mid-February!
The game's 标题 is yet to be released but I have news on gameplay! The game will start with Sonic being the only playable character, and as 你 progress through the TWENTY different stages (not including boss stages), 你 unlock 更多 playable characters, kinda like Sonic Adventure. (No new characters). Some characters will be able to complete certain levels easily while others will have trouble 或者 can't complete it at all. For example: Sonic and Shadow can't climb walls so if 你 play as Tails 或者 Knuckles, 你 can either fly 或者 climb your way up.
The stages 你 play depend on how 你 reach the goal ring, however 你 still play the same final boss no matter which path 你 take. (Dont worry, it's not like Shadow the Hedgehog).
It will be released on all current gen consoles, including the Wii U and 任天堂 3DS. There are also rumours of it being one of the first games on the 下一个 Gen consoles, PlayStation 4 and Xbox 720, both to be released later this year.
When I find out the name of this mysterious new Sonic game, I'll rush and post it on here unbelievably quick! If anyone knows, write in the comments.

PowerRouge I have also heard rumours that its Sonic Heroes 2. I doubt it though...
