If I had a quarter for each time someone on this club 说 that line... “No one likes me.”, “I’m ignored.”, “I don’t fit in.”. No that really isn’t the case.

I’ve gone to the club activity of about five of the people who have 说 this, and looked for times where they had been treated unfairly, 或者 been ignored, and usually that’s not the case. I’ve also noticed that most of the time the people who have 说 these things are new, and/or don’t do stuff on the club often in the first place.

It takes time to find out if 你 want to be in a group 或者 not. And just because 你 aren’t instantly popular, it doesn’t mean people dislike you. And while I have seen quite a few of these people say this who have had run-ins with Mephilesthedark, Mephiles is not everyone. Just because one person snapped at you, it doesn’t mean the whole club is against you; it doesn’t even mean that one person is against you. I argue with people I’m 老友记 with all the time, and they argue with each other, but that alone doesn’t, 或者 shouldn’t, make someone want to leave so quickly.

And if people ARE hating on 你 at first, are 你 really just going to roll over and give up? Apparently yes because I keep seeing all these spam 评论 about it so often it hurts. When I started out on this club, people HATED me, and I was told many times to just stop and leave the club, but I didn’t and now I can honestly say I’m pretty successful in this club.

Think of it like you’re running for President. Just because it gets hard, all the support, and money used to help get 你 started is for naught if 你 aren’t willing to stick to it.

And then there’s the people that go “I’m leaving again,” “I’m back”, “I’m leaving.” HOW ABOUT 你 JUST DON’T SAY ANYTHING? No one is going to freak out over 你 being gone three days, coming back for three days, leaving again for three days, then coming back AGAIN, for three days. When you’re here, they’re happy, when you’re gone, they’ll wonder probably, but if you’re back in a week’s time it’s not a big deal. If 你 say “Sorry I can’t be on for a bit because *insert reason here*. I might be back in *insert amount here* days.” that’s completely fine, as long as 你 don’t overdo it.

Stick around if 你 want to stick around. Leave if 你 want to leave. But don’t post a 评论 every time 你 say so. And BEFORE 你 decide to, take at least a full 日 after wanting to leave each time 你 want to, to think up and go over if 你 actually want to go. And if 你 do leave, don’t 删除 anything. No matter how much 你 might want to, 或者 how much 你 think it doesn’t matter, I can almost guarantee that 你 will regret it later. And other people who like what you’ve 发布 might not want the stuff to disappear either. And above all, do NOT 删除 your account, that is unless 你 want to re-fan ALL the clubs, and add EVERY SINGLE THING YOU’VE MADE BACK onto your notifications.


On a similar topic, I address those who vanish out of thin air, then don’t come back for quite a while. Now obviously I stand 由 that making a habit of notifying people if you’re going to be gone gets really annoying when 你 do it so often, but when 你 just go nowhere people get worried, 或者 they get annoyed.

Now before someone gets upset, this has nothing to do with situations where 你 can’t get onto a computer, 或者 the site, 或者 any other immediate reason that would keep 你 away, and it doesn’t have to do with it being instantaneous and 你 not knowing when it would happen. This is about the situations where when we find out what 你 were doing, it turns out these people were just chilling.

I’ll admit that 你 don’t have to tell anyone what you’re doing, it’s your life, but it’s also common courtesy. When I find out that a person I was waiting to talk to about something, 或者 roleplay with, 或者 论坛 with, was gone just because they were having so much fun with Team Fortress 2, all I can think is “Well thanks for wasting my time!”

For me, I have my fun when I see that the club is slowed down, and little 或者 nothing is going on. I’ll spend about a half-hour 或者 so doing whatever, then come back to check up. If there’s still nothing happening, I’ll go back to what I was doing.

And if you’re going to be doing whatever for a long period of time, all 你 need to do so people don’t get upset after waiting for so long, is make a 评论 或者 文章 ONCE, listing the things you’re going to be doing, when 你 plan to do them, what times they usually happen, and how much time they might take up. And if 你 want to make sure no one’s left out, send it to a friend’s wall.

Again, 你 don’t have to do this, and these are all just suggestions; I hope everyone understands that if someone wants to just stop out of nowhere, disappear into 《我的世界》 for a 月 (has happened), then come back like nothing’s happened, they can do it at their leisure, but to those people, it in no way makes 你 any less inconsiderate.
