DEBATE!: recolors and "real art"

First off, it's mainly just awsome_chick that's yelling and being disrespectful.

As far as I can see, no Art Protecters have ever been disrespectful to the Recolorists, and it was them being rude to those wonderful, original artists.

RECOLORS CAN BE OKAY. That is, if it's a Screenshot 或者 OFFICIAL SEGA image, and the recolorists gives credit to SEGA.

Also if it's from deviantART 或者 something, if 你 ASK the artist and ALSO give them credit.

That's okay. That's fine. I'm cool with that.

It is NOT okay when 你 say it's your character when it was made 由 someone else.

It is NOT okay to recolor art without permission.

It is NOT okay to recolor art and not give credit.

I will NOT bother a recolorist who abides 由 these terms.

well recolors are okay when this:

u can recolor sonic screenshots

u can recolor 粉丝 art if the artist says yes

but it definadtly not ok when this happens:

if the artist says no when u want to recolor the 粉丝 art JUST DONT RECOLOR AND IGNORE WHAT THE ARTIST SAYS!!!!! >:(
