What do 你 like to do when you're sad?

写作 when your sad is a good idea! usually i like being alone, and sometimes i will just cry it all out.

Whenever I feel sad I listen to some 音乐 that I love, and that always makes me feel better. But putting your feelings down on paper works as well.

draw it just get s my mind off all that's going on

yeah... i also draw when i m sad..i 爱情 to be alone that time...and curse myself....i think about good things which happened in my life..and then i fell asleep.

Listening to music. Specially sad songs. I mean, when I'm feeling terribly sad 或者 when I'm depressed I go to my room, put my earphones on, listen to sad songs and cry for hours. I often fall asleep after that. It makes me feel better because I feel like those sad songs really understand me and describe my situation .

i write in my personal diary
about how i felt this 日 n about people,..,or just lay in 床, 床上 n the 枕头 over my face n think!

I listen too 音乐 * and singing*
take a warm bath
walking outside for long time
take a hot 浓情巧克力 或者 茶
and drawing

cry and write eat

i listen to Lord Buddha Mantra
