你 just have to add stuff to the spots. Make sure it is relative to the spot and if 更多 people rate it the quicker 你 will get a medal. It usually takes a while though, just add picture, picks, quizes, videos, links... anything and if it is good material 你 should get one eventually.

Contributing just about any good quality content with correct 标签 & credit will do the trick. The 更多 你 add, the 更多 people will like it and rate it, and the better medal 你 get. Making trivia, adding picks, and leaving 评论 helps also. Plus if 你 also rate stuff in the spot, it makes the medal processing go faster.
