I have the same thing on my computer, its called Festive Lights. I don't know what kind of computer 你 have, but for this particular one 你 need a mac and it will display on your dashboard. If 你 want to get it off the dashboard 你 can 由 opening the terminal and entering
defaults write com.apple.dashboard devmode YES
(then press enter)
killall Dock
(then press enter) then 你 will be able to go onto your dashboard and grab whichever widget 你 want and hit the dashboard button again to bring it to the desktop.
