- Going to 床, 床上 early (between 8pm and 11pm) - Buying healthy 食物 (ex. yogurt, peanuts, soups, fruit) instead of 破烂, 垃圾 food - Taking a 淋浴 at least once a day - Exercising (I don't really do anything rigorous rn but I'm planning to start jogging once the weather is warmer)

Quite a few things. One that I could mention is Exercising. Since it has been already mentioned, I'll be 更多 specific and talk about the Practice of Martial Arts. It can benefit both Mind and Body and also improve your Mood in overall. It offers 你 Peace, Discipline and Contentment as 你 progress. There are various cases where that factor played an important part in the prolonging of one's Life. In the end, it is not only about training your Body but your Spirit as well. They are a way of Life !!!!
