Not exactly. Well, certainly growing up through the years plays a part in it but experiences in Life is what make a person truly Wise. A Kid might witness much 更多 in a shorter amount of time than what an Adult possibly could. So, it mostly depends on the occasion 你 find yourself in. The Life 你 have lead and what do 你 make out of everything that has come at you. Being open throughout it and your horizons will expand. Remaining sheltered and enclosed to yourself will not offer 你 True Wisdom no matter your age !!!!
Not necessarily; I know adults who still throw tantrums when they hear that they can't get a return without a receipt. But then again maturity and wisdom are two different things.
I think experience comes with age but the wisdom/knowledge that comes with an experience might not necessarily seep into a person's brain. Likewise with maturity.
