Do 你 ever associate things with other things despite the fact that they're not related at all?

(My fiancé and I were talking about synthesia and synthesia symptoms earlier, which is what made me think of this).

This makes absolutely no sense whatsoever, but whenever I hear something about cowboys, I don't think of actual cowboys. I think of these stinky, smelly bare feet on a 海滩 with sailboats in the background and a little smiley crab. For the longest time, I hated talking about cowboys because I would always smell this bad feet smell.

There's also an link[/b] buried deep within my gallery that makes me think of clean, fresh air?

I also associate numbers with colours. (Well, that's not really fair, 'cause anyone who's been here long enough knows that I associate numbers with weird things for no logical reason whatsoever.)

Does anyone else do stuff like this?
