So that I can be content with myself! I want to make others happy and be their friend, but I have troubles opening up and talking to people in person. I'd just like the chance to be something for others, to at least try.
Stand in front of a mirror and tell yourself that you're beautiful, interesting, funny etc. every 日 and you'll start believing it. Confidence is entirely mental. I got better at it when I finally figured out that no ones opinion of me matters except my own. Trust yourself and stop fearing judgement. Be 更多 honest, say "yes" to 更多 things, talk to 更多 strangers, you'll get there.
Practice being poker faced, it hides a lot of shyness. Well, at least it works for me and when I first meet people... I'm VERY shy. So to make an introduction (the best one I can), I nod my head with a small smile and mouth 'hello'. Then try to 撰写 yourself away from everyone, grab onto a friend, talk together, and then invite someone 你 don't know the conversation. That works for me every time!
