Is this effecting my health?

I hit a growth spirt recently and well put on...about 20 pounds I used to be 125 now im about 145 . I feel like this is straining my heath and I may be getting over weight I know I feel over weight and I honestly think it maybe effecting my health. Is it normal to put on tis much weight in a growth spirt? And how can I loose it quickly.....please help its driving me insane

Pretty sure it's normal. Weight gain is common during growth spurts. How much probably depends on the person.

Then exercise if 你 don't like how much you've gained. Make your body use that fat. No offense

Exercise. 你 need to lose that stored fat before it becomes actual fat.

Your weight is fine and 你 have nothing to worry about. Growth spurts are a natural part of life and as long as 你 eat healthily, exercise regularly 你 will remain an almost constant weight.

A weight of 145 is nothing to be ashamed 或者 scared of. Hell i would KILL to be that skinny again but 你 seem to think you're "obese". If 你 think that i think 你 need to go to the doctors and speak to a nutritionist and a psychologist because 你 are so far away from obese it's scary.
你 don't need to lose the weight, 你 need to contain it and keep it in reserve until 你 need it.
Just stay healthy. That's the best way to go.
