Bad gerd can 你 help?

I am a teen and since I was 7 and 或者 6 I have suffered from gerd I just moved to Boston MA and have lived in Oregon all my life so it's making my gerd worse...every morning I have stuck burps and can't get them out this morning I had 西瓜 and it made me burp I sat on the 长椅, 沙发 feeling 西瓜 coming up my throat all chunky my mom 说 we'd go to the store and get some gas X and antacids while we were driving I felt weird my stomach was empty but I still had the 西瓜 coming up my throat we got 首页 and I ate I felt good after a while I'm feeling the watermealon again can 你 give me any tips 或者 Info is it normal to be hungry but still have 食物 in you're stomach with gerd thanks :)
