Hola fanpoppers. I need help!

I'm 220 pounds and want to lose weight. What are some effective exercises i can do besides jogging, running up and down stairs, swimming and jump roping?

I can't believe I just ignored that. 你 说 "exercises", and I typed all of that. Some exercises are the ones I listed in the other comment. My mistake for being ignorant.
