that could use work: the neck,shadeing,wrinkles in clothing,where facial features are placed and arms what i like about is:the hair detail is good,the coloring is clean and the clothing is well drawn 6/10 i think its good 总体, 整体 especially if 你 just started drawing and i hope 你 keep at it because 你 have a good start right there XD
