Advice, please?

Sorry if I am asking this. What do I do if a guy tells me that he loves me but I completely hates him? I keep telling him over and over to fuck off but he won't leave me alone.

Oh I did. He cheated on me and called me a slut. 2 weeks later, he told me he loved me and THAT'S why I hate him.
