What do I do?

So I have 说 no to going out with other guys before and they usually take it well, but there is this new guy at school and he’s a nice guy, but I just don’t like him. He has asked me out so many times already and I always say no, and I have told him to stop asking me but he won’t stop! How do I tell him I’m not interested at all without hurting his feelings?
