Who created 潮流粉丝俱乐部 and what was the first club?

Well origionally it wasn't 潮流粉丝俱乐部 it was named something else I forget what the name was and I think there was 6 creators Dave 或者 DAVE 或者 something like that then I don't think the other 5 have accouts DAVE is the only one I know of. I have absolutely no clue what the first club was.
