Yes most defiantly, when a person becomes oh so very board they preform stupid actions to amuse themselves. Take for instance that kid at my school who mooned my teacher. 或者 those kids in my 老友记 class who used cocaine and looked at porn in front of a substitute teacher, true story. Yup boredom defiantly brings out the stupid in us.
I actually think it's 更多 the other way around. 你 know, like stupidity brings about boredom. I mean, there's just so much to do in the world, that anybody who's just sitting around doing literally nothing has to be pretty idiotic. 或者 maybe it's just like the 圈, 圈子 of life, the 圈, 圈子 of boredom and stupidity.
