1) Dictionary
2) Get off the internet
3) Just study, find a friend (who WON'T get 你 off task) 或者 tutor and ask them to help 你 if 你 are struggling in a subject. 或者 better yet, ask your teacher, they'd probably be glad to help.

Translation:

1) buy a pack of hard candies-eat one while youre studying and eat another while youre doing homework 或者 taking an exam. The flavor of the 糖果 will serve as a mnemonic device and help 你 remember. Perhaps 你 could try different flavors fo different subjects.
2) If you're having trouble paying attention, perhaps 你 could consider buying a fidget toy. Studies have shown that Autistic an ADHD children pay attention better when their hands are occupied, and maybe it would help other people too. Id reccomend a stress ball 或者 a tangle(you can find these on amazon.com) 或者 if toys are not acceptable in your school, get a bracelet with big, gaudy beads to play with. If anyone asks, say its actually helping 你 pay attention, not distracting you.
3) lastly, try buying a pouch of multicolored stones 或者 those little glass pebbles-they have to be multicolored- that 你 find in the dollar store. Hold one particular color in your hand, stare at it, play with it, while your studying one particuilar subject, and use another color for another subject. urig exams, bring the colored stone that 你 used for that particular subject with you-like the hard candies i mentioned in the first paragraph, they will serve as a mnemonic device and hlp 你 remember the answers!

well the first thing u need to do before studying is to calm yourself down... tension won't help with anything. and try to think of the examinations as regular tests. 下一个 u have to find yourself somewhere u feel comfortable in because the truth is, the only way u r gonna pass your exams is 由 studying and the only way u will be able to study is 由 making yourself feel calm and that can only happen if u acted normal.. like it is not a big deal.. u might as well wanna try something else like a new technique for studying. it's called the memory palace.. it helps 你 remember various things at a time.. it worked with me.. u might wanna try it out. :D ohhh and before i forget... try spending less time online.. as a matter of fact , try not to come online at all because it doesn't help if u really wanna pass.
