Computer Help!

I got a new computer today. There is this bar on the 最佳, 返回页首 screen, and it's really annoying! Does anyone know how to get rid of it?

Or, if 你 know what it's called, go to your programs in your default programs and then just uninstall it from there.

你 know I once did that only it was water boms and the thing went zap the BOOM BOOM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ha ha! It was FFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUNNNNNNNNNNNNNN!!!!! XD
