i need your help this is urgent!

ok so my dog is old about like 5 或者 6 或者 7 and she has been limping recently. its her front left leg. i was feeling and on the right 你 can feel the muscles but halfway down on the left 你 feel a lump. im really scared what is this? we are going to a vet 下一个 Friday cuz we dont have money now and im afraid it might be serious. what if she has to be put down... i cant 熊 with it i 爱情 her so much!
