I need some help, I need to know if something's illegal 或者 not...

Throwing pies in people's faces, is that illegal? What if I threw it at a celebrity, would that make a difference? I really need to know! Don't bother asking why, I won't spill, easily :)

hell no that will be funny as hell if u throw one at justin biever like the guy who threw the shoe at 衬套, 布什 never went to jail ( im not sure 哈哈 waht the hell happend 4 real ) but i still think its not illegal

Imagine yourself throwing a rock at someone's face, I don't think it would be legal, so I don't think that the fact that it's a pie you're throwing makes a big difference... Moreover, if it's at a celebrity, she's probably powerful so it would make it worse! I'm just guessing btw, I'm not sure at all if it's illegal 或者 not anyway! ^^

I get what you're saying, it could be called assault. But 你 can't really hurt anybody with a pie, so there's no harm done. And I know that a celebrity would try to sue us, but if it wasn't against the law, we'd probably win.

yes it makes sense... the only thing I'm not sure about is that it's not illegal because it doesn't hurt... I mean, I don't think there such specificities about what's an assault 或者 not... Moreover, if the celebrity says 你 hurt in the eye with the pie 或者 something like that when they sue they might win but again I really ain't sure... ^^

No, but you're pretty close! Aww, I guess I'd understand how it'd be considered assault, technically 你 are attacking someone. Even if it is with a harmless pie. But paying a fine might actually be worth it!
