i find a new place i've never been to and start running around until i get tired, bored, 或者 when i am no longer hyper. and 你 can't forget that i have to listen to 音乐 as well! something good needs to be playing! ;)
well iam talkive alot but when iam when i drink coffie i get real hyper and start talking 更多 like usual like hyper and i cant stop until later on when i sleep
jump around, 或者 shout 随意 words loudly, 或者 both. if I don't do both, I tend to shake,(on purpose of course) sometimes standing up(I look like I'm having a spaz standing up, but it's not spaz)it's to get the excess energy out.
