Would this be a glitch?

Okay this is what happened I was playing Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Blue Rescue Team and well I was Articuno at Mt.Blaze and well I was in the 火, 消防 just minding my own buisness then I saw two Rapidash and well they were going in the same direction following each other then well there was 更多 Rapidash when I moved another one would 加入 them in the same direction they were going in a rectangle connstantly.
Would this be a glitch?
