do NOT use a pure water type against 3 electric types, it is not a good idea considering that they spam volt change and can outspeed 你 easily
ok, 你 need something fast, and dont use water (except if it's part ground), 草 或者 bug 或者 fighting because she has 2 emolgas, 或者 flying types. i would seriously recommend, if possible, to use a fast ground 或者 rock type to outspeed her zebstrika. take out her zebstrika as fast as possible, because all her pokemon know volt change, which switches out the user. i would also recommend using a bulky pokemon. palpitoad would be a pretty good choice.
Catch your self a Drilbur. It destroys Elsa's electric types with dig and learns rock tomb, so Emolga is no challenge either. Drilbur evolves as a low level into Exadrill which learns earthquake at level 36, making it an awesome addition to any team. 你 can find it in any cave in the swirling dust.
