I don't think 你 can but if 你 have a wii and download My Pokemon Ranch and get it too its highest level 你 trade an egg for Mew and just connect 你 ds too the Wii and withdraw it then 你 have a Mew I think that is the only way without cheating But I believe 你 can't catch one in the wild 或者 由 event
