A gunshot was heard, but it didn't come from Parcival's gun. It came from Con's gun, and he prevented Parcival from shooting Pinkie Pie.

Parcival: *Falls on ground*
Con: He was the mole. S says that Parcival knocked him out in the electrical room, and shut down the power. I ran to you, as fast as I could, and I saw him pointing his gun at you.
Pinkie Pie: 你 did excellent 0007. It's agents like 你 that make me glad to be a part of this organization.
Con: I do my best, and only my best.

The power came back on.
