It was a dark and rainy night in Ponyville, whereas nopony would ever be out on a rainy day. It was late, so mostly the entire town was asleep. But our blue coated unicorn pony, Trixie, has a rough time sleeping. Tossing and turning, she mumbles words very lightly. She was saying, "...no... not that cursed thing... Twilight Sparkle... please don't hate me..." The nightmare was so strong that she woke up, screaming. "That was a terrible dream, me hurting Twilight all because I wanted power! I must find what that amulet was!!!" She then got out of 床, 床上 and ran in the cold rain.
She ran afar, trying to find the thing that was on her in her dream. "It looked all evil, all black and red," she 说 to herself, trying to remember what the thing was in her dream. (We already know what it is, but I don't want to ruin the setting.) She then found an old mare who had a lot of necklaces and other jewelry. "Excuse me!" Trixie called out. "I need your help, ma'am." "What do 你 want," the mare 说 weakly, as if she was tired 或者 bored. "I have plenty of jewels. Take your pick." "Actually," Trixie said. "I need a little help." The old mare was not surprised, but she was all ears. "What is about?" she asked. After explaining what Trixie had worn in her dream, the mood of the old mare changed from uninterested to surprised. "A black and red amulet? Did it look like an alicorn?" she asked. Trixie nodded. "Why, my dear, that must be the Alicorn's Amulet. It is 说 that those who wear that thing will be granted such great magical powers. The downside is that if 你 use it a lot, 你 will become corrupted with evil. Nopony but the wearer can take it off." "Where is it now?" Trixie asked, which led to the old mare pointing at an antique store.
After examining the whole inside, she found a black and red amulet, shaped like an alicorn. That was it! "All I have to do," Trixie thought, "is to destroy that thing. I MUST get it out of my head!!!" She found a shopkeeper, bought it, and left.
After that, the 下一个 day, she showed the evil thing to Twilight Sparkle, curious about the thing. "And what do 你 think must be done about this?" Twilight asked. "I must have this out of my mind forever. That thing must be destroyed." With that, Twilight thought about it for a moment, then decided to help Trixie 由 destroying the evil Alicorn's Amulet. She threw the object into the air, shot it with a powerful magic blast, and the amulet was nothing but pieces. "Thank you, Twilight! I feel relieved!" Trixie joyfully cried out. "If there's anything else 你 need help with, I'm always available," Twi said.
That night, Trixie slept like a foal, but that wouldn't last long. Something was near her, something all red, something frightening. Something... demonic.
