A judge has ruled that witnesses will NOT be allowed to discuss Michael Jackson's child molestation case during Dr. Conrad Murray's manslaughter trial.
L.A. County Superior Court Judge Michael Pastor 说 any testimony relating to the molestation case is irrelevant -- and would be distracting and misleading to the jury.
The judge also banned Arnie Klein from testifying -- after prosecutors argued the defense would try to blame the dermatologist for the death ... and take away attention from the man on the hot 座位 -- Dr. Murray.

The Michael Jackson estate is tired of waiting for Lloyd's of 伦敦 to pay out on the $17.5 million "This Is it" insurance policy -- so they're going after Lloyd's in court ... demanding they pay up, stat.
Lloyd's of 伦敦 originally issued the policy to cover potential losses for MJ's 2009 "This Is It" concerts -- but earlier this year, the company asked an L.A. court to declare the policy null and void ... claiming MJ lied about his medical history and drug addiction.
Lloyd's insists the policy "was restricted to losses resulting from accident only" -- pointing out Michael's official cause of death was "homicide."
But the estate is now on the offensive -- filing a cross-complaint, claiming MJ never intended to die, whether 由 homicide 或者 not, so his death still qualifies as an accident.
But the estate isn't just settling for the original $17.5 million -- they also want punitive damages. FYI, suing for punitive damages often scares the crap out of insurance companies.

one day, there's a girl name josephine, who just moved to LA with her aunt. after moving in, she goes to an 表演 school. the same school with michael jackson kids.

So we had our school retreat today, & there was a band right? They started playing will 你 be there, & my 老友记 were all nudging me going "it's MJ!" The thing is, I didn't know it was MJ when they first started playing. I had never heard will 你 be there before, yet all my 老友记 knew it. Isn't that kinda sad? My friend Emily was like "Keri, it's MJ get up & sing!" but I was like "I don't know the words." I learned it pretty fast though; they only played the first 2 lines over & over instead of the whole song, so I didn't feel like a total idiot!! So it was kinda embarrassing for me because my 老友记 all know me as the big MJ fanatic, yet I didn't recognize the song. But it really made my day!
