With the two-year anniversary of Michael Jackson's death approaching -- one helicopter company is giving 粉丝 the chance to pay their respects ... 由 raining 花 down around Neverland ... mid-flight.
The 30-minute Channel Island Helicopter flights are set to take off June 24th and 25th -- exactly two years since Jackson died after a Propofol-induced cardiac arrest.
During the flight, passengers are encouraged to honor the late entertainer 由 chucking his 最喜爱的 花 -- a red rose -- out of the helicopter mid-flight ... over nearby Zaca Peak.
A rep for the helicopter company tell us -- 粉丝 are super excited for the aerial tour ... saying they feel it will bring them "closer to heaven" ... and closer to Michael.

Lloyd's of 伦敦 has gone to court ... asking a judge to let the company off the financial hook, claiming it doesn't owe the Michael Jackson Estate $17.5 million on grounds MJ was a fraud.
The company issued the muilti-million dollar policy to cover the doomed "This Is It" tour for losses.
But Lloyd's claims it doesn't have to honor the policy for 2 primary reasons:
1. Michael Jackson and AEG allegedly lied about Michael's medical history -- specifically, MJ 说 he had not seen a doctor other than a cosmetic MD since June, 2005.
2. Michael did not disclose he was taking prescription drugs prior to and at the time of his death -- including Propofol.
Lloyd's is asking the court for a declaration that the policy is null and void as a result of the alleged fraud.
Howard Weitzman, the lawyer for the Estate, tells TMZ, "This legal action is nothing 更多 than an insurance company trying to avoid paying a legitimate claim 由 the insured."

Sliverware are presenting Michael Jackson-The Tribute ''A Once In a Lifetime Exhibition at the Museum of Style 图标 from October 24-November 2009.
On June 25,2009,the world came to a sudden standstill in reactionn to the news of the untimely death of the greatest entertainer of all time-Michael Jackson.
Thus free tribute exhibit will showcase the most iconic property from the career of the King of Pop and includes unique memorabilia gifted from Michael to his 老友记 and family. These pieces have never before been on public display.
The highlight in the exhibit is Michael Jackson's iconic white glove,from his 1983 performance of Billie Jean at the Motown 25 电视 special where he performed the moonwalk for the first time. Michael gifted this 手套 to Walter Orange,one considered one of the most iconic pieces of Michael Jackson.
I care for Michael Jackson cause he made me believe that 你 can do anything if 你 set your mind to it he has made me happy rather its his smile 或者 音乐 the song "Cry" i would always listen to when i felt down 或者 sad but i would look up and keep my head to the sky. I know Michael tried to change the world and he couldnt do it 由 himself. He needes help im wanting to help the world so bad and hope that people will never forget the King Of Pop. I have learned so many things if 你 compare my life with his. Well thats another story but i 爱情 michael hes my idol some one i look up to hes always made me smile and if haters cant see that. The mega-lawyer who successfully defended Michael Jackson in his molestation case is coming out swinging at Dr. Murray's defense team -- blaming MJ's death squarely on Murray because the singer was "not suicidal."
Thomas Mesereau went on MSNBC today -- and stated, "The defense lawyers have to do something and what they're gonna try and do is reflect attention away from their client and onto Michael Jackson."
He adds, "The reality is Michael Jackson was not suicidal, he was not self-destructive in the way they're trying to say, and hopefully their defense will not succeed."
For the record, Mesereau's "suicidal" statement is not accurate -- because according to our sources, the defense will argue that Michael MAY have accidentally killed himself after trying to self-administer Propofol ... but he was not suicidal.
Perhaps Mesereau's strongest 评论 -- "I'm sorry that the defense is going to have to bash Michael Jackson to try and divert attention from their guilty client."

The co-executors went on to say they feel Michael's 粉丝 played a large role in Discovery's decision, saying, "While Discovery cited legal proceedings and our request as the reasons for its decision, none of this would have happened had it not been for the incredible passion displayed 由 countless Michael Jackson 粉丝 worldwide who knew they stood as one and that their voices could not be ignored."
