It's pretty shocking ... Joe Jackson is blaming the inaction of his wife, Katherine, for Michael Jackson's demise ... allegedly because Katherine didn't want to penetrate MJ's zone of privacy.
Joe sat down with News of the World to explain his theory, that he was concerned that Michael was "looking kinda funny and and frail" and asked Katherine to see Michael to "keep him cheered up." But Joe says Katherine refused because she didn't want to invade his privacy.

Joe says he and Katherine argued about it before Michael's death, but Katherine was firm.

Joe says after Michael died, he 说 to Katherine, "I 说 this would have never happened if 你 had went and been with him."

Joe -- who was intentionally cut out of Michael's will -- is fighting to get an allowance from the estate. And get this -- we're told Katherine has been giving Joe money and going along with his efforts to earn a living off MJ.

While I was in Social Studies class today, this thought about learning about Michael's 音乐 and life came into my head. I think it would be so cool if we got to learn about Michael in Social Studies class (or History, whatever 你 would like to call it...) I really think we should learn about Michael because he was a 音乐 legend, he changed the way we listen to music, and he had an amazing life. I also think that if teenagers would learn about Michael's awesome dancing and music, Michael can become 流行的 once again and The King Of Pop will live on. Let Me Know What 你 Think! ;)

Michael Jackson's estate is asking a judge to do what Katherine Jackson can't -- kick Alejandra Jackson and her kids out of the Hayvenhurst estate for good.



TMZ has obtained legal docs in which the estate is asking the judge to remove Alejandra, Jaafar, Jermajesty, Genevieve, Donte and Randy Jr. from the estate ... on grounds they're not beneficiaries of Michael Jackson's will and have no claim to the property.

As TMZ first reported in November, Katherine Jackson told Alejandra and the kids -- fathered 由 both Jermaine and Randy -- not to return to the residence. Alejandra is refusing to 移动 herself, her kids, and her stuff out ... so the estate has gone to court.

As TMZ also previously reported, the house is scheduled to be renovated -- but sources tell us Alejandra is holding the remodel hostage 由 refusing to leave.

The owners of the Neverland Ranch -- the former 首页 of Michael Jackson -- want to turn the property into a teenage 音乐 haven.


TMZ has learned Colony Capital wants to develop a business plan to turn Neverland into a small 音乐 institute -- similar to The Juilliard School in NYC. The plan is to teach teens all aspects of music, including 写作 and performing.

Colony wants to turn the property into a campus, in which scores of teenagers -- rich and poor -- can learn the trade that made Michael Jackson a legend.

There are two big stumbling blocks. The first is making sure Santa Barbara County will sign off on such a project.

The 秒 -- and bigger issue -- is whether Colony Capital can use Michael Jackson's name to promote such an institute. TMZ has good news for Colony .... sources directly connected with the Michael Jackson Estate tell us, "It's an interesting idea and we'd be open to it."

The first new Michael Jackson single will be a duet with 阿肯 -- a song entitled "Hold My Hand" that was originally leaked in 2008.



Epic Records/Sony 音乐 just announced the lead single off the upcoming album "Michael" -- and "Hold My Hand" will be released this coming Monday, November 15 on michaeljackson.com.

阿肯 and MJ recorded the track back in 2007 ... a raw, incomplete version was eventually leaked to the public.

The new album will feature a total of 10 tracks -- including the controversial "Breaking News" -- when it's released December 14.

Katherine Jackson told Oprah Winfrey ... it was Dr. Conrad Murray himself who broke the news that Michael Jackson was dead.

On an episode of "Oprah" airing today, Katherine explained how everyone at the hospital was reluctant to tell her what happened to her son.

She says Dr. Murray took so long in explaining things ... she had to cut him off, saying, "'Well, what happened? How is he? Did he make it?' And he said, 'No, he's gone.'"

Elizabeth Taylor who was taken to the hospital because of depression, from losing her best friend MJ.

Cindy Adams of The New York Post says that Elizabeth Taylor was hospitalized in Los Angeles yesterday, because she has the sads in a major way. A 来源 说 that ever since her best friend Michael Jackson passed away, she’s been in a terrible state.

Apparently, Elizabeth has not received rainbow-filled hugs from the family either. The 来源 says that Elizabeth wanted to attend Michael’s private funeral, but she was banned 由 the family, because she was his friend and not theirs. Take that with a grain of salt, because Elizabeth already Twittered that she was going to mourn Michael on her own, because she didn’t want to be part of the “public whoopla.”

The 来源 added that Elizabeth is suffering from exhaustion.
