The good people of Canada never had a chance to view the Michael Jackson documentary, "Gone Too Soon" -- and now the owners of the flick are declaring war on the distributor ... claiming he personally screwed the entire country.



TMZ obtained a lawsuit filed 由 Objective Films, LLC -- in which they claim they agreed to sell the French and Canadian distribution rights to a company headed 由 a guy named Pierre Turgeon for $100k back in 2009.

Objective says they got the first $50k -- but Turgeon flaked on the back half ... and then tried to back out of the deal altogether. Objective was able to get the flick distributed in France ... Canada wasn't so lucky.

i swore that would never 显示 Michael's History tour 金牌 pants and all those 照片 ( i hope 你 know what i mean)....that was something his very private thing...and we all are 粉丝 and we 爱情 him so it's OK for us to talk about him in any naughty way....and i thought i would never say anything about that to non-fans.....but then when my friend came to stay over my house....i don't know what came over me,,,but i showed everything. and later i realized what a wrong deed i did!!! i cried so much that i broke my promise! and is 说 many sorries to dear mike and prayed for him......if only i could rewind it back!!! everything!! i'm so sorry guys....i know that's something really private and it's only between fans!! i'm so sorry! :(
