Black Eyed Peas front man, Will.i.am says he feels the new album "Michael" is disrespectful to Michael Jackson.

I find it very much beautiful how most of 你 treat each other, and almost just as much as Michael, 你 inspire me with that love. TMZ has learned ... Joe Jackson's lawyer will interview a stripper who not only claims Dr. Conrad Murray was at a strip club hours before Michael Jackson died, but that she was at Michael Jackson's house after being invited 由 the doctor.

Michael Jackson - The Cirque Comes to Town

TMZ has learned the executors for Michael Jackson's estate have signed a huge deal with Cirque du Soleil.

Co-executor John Branca tells TMZ, the first 显示 will open in fall of 2011 -- and will travel throughout North America including the Staples Center in L.A. ... the same venue where MJ's memorial was held.

The 显示 will be heavily focused on dancing -- honoring the legendary moves of MJ. It will also feature Jackson's songs and have the trademark Cirque du Soleil acrobatics.

In 2012, a 秒显示 -- in partnership with MGM MIRAGE -- will open in Las Vegas which will be far 更多 theatrical with emphasis on technology and 3D. "It will be a theme-park-like show," says Branca.

Sources say the shows will be worth a fortune to the estate. Cirque and the estate will 分裂, 拆分 costs and profits 50-50.

Murray Allegedly Stopped CPR to Hide Drugs

Dr. Conrad Murray stopped administering CPR to Michael Jackson to collect drug vials ... this according to documents obtained 由 the Associated Press.

According to bodyguard Alberto Alvarez (right), Dr. Murray stopped CPR and handed Alvarez drug vials and told him to put the vials in a bag.

Alvarez told investigators when he went into the room he saw an IV attached to Jackson's leg. Also Jackson's mouth and eyes were wide open and there was no sign of life.
