Why was Michael afraid of dogs?

He never 说 he was afraid of dogs. He's had 狗 before in his childhood and for his children. There's a phone convo recorded 你 hear him talking to one of his 狗 in the 2000's.

He only 说 he was afraid of Elizabeth Taylor's little white dog. Why? I have noooo clue! probably bites at him 或者 something lol

edit: actually if I recall correctly, he 说 he didn't LIKE the dog, not afraid of it
