Well she is in my opinion. There is no official 皇后乐队 of Pop like their is the official King of Pop so make whoever 你 want the 皇后乐队 of Pop. :)

Well I 爱情 Janet & 麦当娜 but I think 麦当娜 owns her spot as 皇后乐队 of Pop. I mean Janet has done a lot. But 麦当娜 had/has a lot of singles. She has been out since 1983 & had singles since.
So no I think 麦当娜 owes it. Janet will be behind her but 麦当娜 is 1st.
