Is it TRUE that Michael had to stop history and dangerous tour bcuz he was sick and collasped.

Its a video on YouTube that shows him on a bridge 唱歌 earth song and then all of a sudden the bridge falls. They 说 that fall hurt him really bad....and he finish the 显示 but after that he collasped and they 说 he wasn't in shape to finish the tour. So he cancelled it. Is that true.
