I adore MJ's art work! so...this is very hard to choose...
I'll say "GHOSTS"...because to me it is the most subtle in symbolism, sweet, funny, and very dramatic at the same time, overwhelming both visually and emotionally... and has a kickass choreography :)

I 爱情 all his videos:)but my fav would be Scream with his sister Janet.The video is sooooooo powerful,awesome,have strong meaning and message,plus Michael and Janet where kicking 屁股 all the way in video.I can watch them over and over again!!
