你 can’t keep the smile off of your face, knowing well that those tweets were meant for you. Not bothering to actually read the responses, 你 go to check your own mentions.
你 feel your throat tighten as your eyes scan the various, hateful tweets. 你 try your best to hold the tears back but they are threatening to fall. The regret wash over 你 like a ton of bricks because 你 should have seen this coming. 你 were Justin Bieber’s girlfriend and literally millions of other girls wanted to be in your place. 你 could easily see why they weren’t at peace with it but it didn’t make sense to 你 how someone 你 didn’t even know could want 你 dead. They had no idea what 你 were like as a person so how could they judge 你 so quickly? You’re startled when 你 hear the floorboards squeak behind you. “Babe?”
你 don’t notice that 你 are crying before Justin gently wipes the salty tears away from your cheeks. Sobs quietly escapes your mouth and Justin immediately pulls 你 into his arms. Drawing comforting circles with his hand on your back, he keeps 你 close to him as 你 cry into his chest.
