goodness, i understand the struggle. i myself am one hardcore belieber, and have been dying to meet the canadian heartthrob since 日 one. unfortunately, like taylor swift's meet and greets, justin's are, last i checked, pricey and most definitely not free. however, how can anyone say that meeting justin just for a few minutes, is not worth it? since justin is currently not on tour, there isn't really anyway to meet him. 你 just have to look into contests, really, because i understand that money is a hassle for some, including me. if he is ever in your area, 你 could also try to stand outside of a hotel 或者 something and get his autograph. but then again, 你 would have to wait until paparazzi release 照片 on to the internet giving 你 information. ugh, this sucks. it completely and utterly sucks. why can't justin just magically 显示 up on our doorstep such as in the 电影院 或者 our dreams? best of luck to you! xx
