How do i make a new/add a fansite on fanpop?

你 go to the 潮流粉丝俱乐部 homepage and at the bottom theres a box that says 'search for club 由 genre' then at the 最佳, 返回页首 it says 'create a new club' with a plus 由 it. that should be right =]
