first 你 go to a persons 个人资料 and add them and go down the page to their 老友记 and then 你 click on their 图标 and add them and u evetually gat alot of 粉丝 becuase probly 50% of the poeple add 你 back thats what i did and i have almost 700 fans
I sometimes 粉丝 them cuz of a pick, image, 或者 文章 that they posted, but a lot of times i just randomly 粉丝 ppl. But i do check who they're 粉丝 of, cuz if they have like 30 粉丝 and they're not a 粉丝 of any1... chances are they won't b a 粉丝 of u
